About Kaylee

The neighbour who just moved in.

I'm 16, in Grade 11 at St. Mary's High School, and I just moved to McKenzie Towne. I'm looking forward to meeting my new neighbours, and their dogs, one walk at a time.

The rules are simple and I don't bend them: we meet before the first walk, I only walk in daylight, never more than three dogs at once, and you always get a photo when your dog is home.

A bit about me

Active outdoors, and genuinely an animal person.

Active outdoors, always have been

I've played volleyball since I was 14 and did ski jumping as a kid, so being active outside in any weather is second nature to me. Snow, sun, or a Calgary wind that changes its mind twice an hour, I'm out there.

I understand the bond

I had a dog of my own growing up, and I sadly lost her to cancer a few years ago. That's part of why I do this: I know exactly how much your dog means to your family, and I don't take that lightly.

Comfortable with all kinds of pets

Beyond dogs, I've spent plenty of time with bunnies, snakes, and cats too, so I'm genuinely comfortable around animals of every kind, not just the easy ones. Your dog is in trustworthy, experienced hands.

Your dog is my dog

My rule is simple: I treat every dog like my own. That means real attention on every walk, water on hot days, paw checks on icy ones, and a photo sent to you every time so you never have to wonder.

Local & accountable

I'm not an app or a franchise, I'm your neighbour. You know where I go to school, my parents know I'm doing this, and you can always call or text me directly at 587-433-2199.

How the first walk goes

01

You text or book online

Tell me your dog's name, size and quirks. I'll reply the same day.

02

We meet, with you there

Ten minutes on your doorstep. Free, no obligation to book anything after.

03

The first walk

Short and close to home, so your dog gets used to me before we go further.

04

The photo lands

Home safe, the time, and one line about how it went. Every single walk.

Heads up: dog walking carries some inherent risk. Leashes can slip, dogs can react to squirrels or other animals, weather happens. I take every precaution I can on every walk, but I want to be upfront about that before you book.
