By booking a walk, I confirm my dog is up to date on vaccinations, is not aggressive toward people or other dogs, and I am the dog's owner or authorized to arrange this walk on their behalf. I understand walks may include time with other dogs in a group.
I release Kaylee's Dog Walking Service and Kaylee from liability for injury, loss, or property damage that occurs during a walk, except in cases of gross negligence. I consent to photos of my dog being taken during walks and used for the business's marketing, unless I opt out below. I understand payment is due at the time of the walk or as otherwise agreed.
Cancellation policy: please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a walk, just call or text 587-433-2199. Walks cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed without any notice, may still be charged in full, since that time was held for your dog.
